DataPilot Desktop
DataPilot, in a window of its own
The desktop app puts the copilot, Live Assist, and your work assistant in a native window with a global hotkey, an always-on-top overlay, and mic + screen capture ready to go.
Free · Windows 10 & 11 (64-bit) · signs into your existing account
macOS and Linux versions are on the way.
What the desktop app adds over a browser tab
Its own app window
A dedicated DataPilot window with a taskbar icon — not a browser tab you lose track of.
Global hotkey
Press Ctrl + Shift + D anywhere to summon or hide DataPilot instantly, without alt-tabbing.
System tray + always-on-top
Lives in the tray, closes to it, and can float on top as an overlay while you work.
Mic & screen ready
Microphone and screen-capture permissions are wired up, so dictation, Live Assist, and meeting capture work without per-use prompts.
Auto-updates
Checks for new versions on launch and installs them in the background — you always have the latest.
Same account, nothing new
It loads your hosted DataPilot, so you just sign in once. Everything stays in sync with the web.
Installing takes a minute

- 2
Get past SmartScreen
Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen (the app isn’t code-signed yet). Click More info → Run anyway to continue.
- 3
Sign in once
Open DataPilot and sign in with your usual account. From then on it updates itself automatically.
Prefer not to install anything? DataPilot works fully in your browser — just sign in.
